General Terms

Bplwin (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is a licensed online gaming and Sports Betting service provider. The Platform operates under the bplwin.click domain and provides online gaming services to users in Bangladesh and select regions.

Bplwin's Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games, betting, promotions, and any other activities on the Platform. By creating an account, logging in, or using bplwin in any way, you automatically agree to these Terms.

Bplwin reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via email or platform notification before any changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These terms and conditions are available in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall take precedence.
• Bplwin reserves the right to refuse any account, with or without reason.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with bplwin, you must meet the following eligibility requirements. If these conditions are not satisfied, your registration request may be rejected.

Age & Identity Verification

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on bplwin. You are required to provide your correct date of birth at registration. We may request age and identity verification at any time. Failure to complete verification may result in your account being temporarily or permanently suspended.

Registration Terms

• Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials secure. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited.
• If any unauthorized access to your account is detected, notify our support team immediately.
• Citizens of countries where bplwin's services are prohibited by law are not eligible to register.

KYC Verification Process

Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit Policy

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please notify the support team.

• All deposited funds must come from a legitimate source. Money laundering or the use of illegal funds is a criminal offence.

Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24–72 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• If fraudulent activity is suspected, withdrawals may be placed on hold until the investigation is concluded.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Bplwin regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. While these offers are designed to benefit our members, each one comes with specific terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, a minimum deposit must be made within the specified timeframe. The Welcome Bonus can only be claimed once.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (typically 10x–30x). These conditions must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bets must be placed at a minimum odds threshold to qualify for bonus earnings (typically 1.5 or above).
• Only one bonus may be active at a time; a new bonus cannot be claimed while another is ongoing.
• Bonus offers must be used within the designated validity period. Any expired bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or device are not eligible to claim bonuses.
• Bplwin reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to bplwin's Sports Betting, live betting, and casino gaming sections. These rules apply equally to all members.

Betting Limits

• The minimum bet is ৳100. Maximum bet limits may vary depending on the event and market.
• Higher betting limits apply to VIP members.
• Bplwin reserves the right to modify any user's betting limits at any time.

Bet Cancellation & Changes

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bplwin reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake will be refunded.
• If evidence of match-fixing or any other irregularity is found, bplwin reserves the right to void all bets associated with the matter.

Live Betting

Odds change rapidly in live betting. The odds displayed at the time of bet submission are final. Due to network delays, odds may shift between submission and confirmation — in such cases, the updated odds will apply.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bplwin platform. Violations may result in account closure and legal action.

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to influence betting outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Bots & Automation: Playing games or placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts on behalf of the same person or to take advantage of bonus offers.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Account Transfer: Selling, renting, or allowing others to use your account.
• System Abuse: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the Platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Minor Access: Allowing anyone under the age of 18 to access or use your account.

Account Suspension & Closure

Bplwin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time under the following circumstances:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or refusal to provide required documents.
• Suspicion of fraudulent financial transactions or money laundering.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation of the system.
• Order of a court or regulatory authority.

To close your account at your own request, please contact the support team. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, provided no investigation is currently ongoing.

Limitation of Liability

Bplwin is committed to providing a safe and seamless experience. However, bplwin will not be held liable in the following circumstances:

• If a game or bet is voided due to loss of internet connection or a technical failure.
• Delays in deposits or withdrawals caused by disruptions to third-party payment providers.
• If your account credentials are compromised due to your own negligence.
• Data loss resulting from unexpected technical errors.

Bplwin's total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the amount you have deposited in the past 30 days. For disputes or exceptional situations, please contact our customer support team directly.
